I have been using the model search project as a stepping stone for working with the models on other projects. Two of them have been published on this website already (Decades and Girl's Night Out).

This is another of the projects and is focused on taking a fine art approach to creating images. It is a very different experience to my normal photoshoots because rather than creating images with little planning, as I have done previously, this project requires significant planning before organising the shoot.
The initial idea was conceived in the beginning of 2024 , but was put on hold due to bad weather. This actually helped with the development of the project and will possibly affect how I approach all future photoshoots too.
About 500 Years
This project has a similar theme to the overall theme of the model search (promoting a positive view of males and females, avoiding the misogynistic stereotypes common in Peru). I am also including themes related to personal growth, support and defiance.
The main difference with 500 Years, compared to previous projects, is that components of the images are included for a specific reason through symbolism.
From a style perspective, I have taken inspiration from classical portrait paintings (notable inspiration being J. W. Waterhouse and Albert Moore), as well as mixing modern photography into the melting pot.
