Although the model search is still open, I have already worked with some very promising people.
As mentioned in a previous blog, I focus on showing females and males in a positive way, avoiding the misogynistic/male chauvinistic attitudes which are very strong in the culture and media of Peru.
The process I am taking for guiding people starts with an introductory photo shoot. As a personal rule, I haven’t shared any images from these sessions.
Over the past week, I have started secondary photo sessions with some of the applicants and this is the starting point for me to share some of the images showing the results of the training/guidance offered to the selected applicants.
The model in this release of images has gone beyond the expectations I had before starting the model search. I look forward to not only working with them again, but also working with the other applicants again.

Aunque la búsqueda de modelos sigue abierta, ya he trabajado con gente muy prometedora.
Como mencioné en un blog anterior, me enfoco en mostrar a mujeres y hombres de una manera positiva, evitando las actitudes misóginas/machistas que son muy fuertes en la cultura y los medios de comunicación del Perú.
El proceso que estoy siguiendo para guiar a las personas comienza con una sesión fotográfica introductoria. Por regla personal no he compartido ninguna imagen de estas primeras sesiones.
Durante la semana pasada, he comenzado una segunda sesion de fotos con algunos de los solicitantes seleccionados, y este es el punto de partida para compartir las siguientes imágenes que muestran el resultados de la guía ofrecida a los modelos seleccionados.
El modelo en esta publicación de imágenes ha superado las expectativas que tenía antes de iniciar la búsqueda del modelo. Espero no sólo volver a trabajar con ellos, sino también volver a trabajar con los demás solicitantes.
